Online process was relatively straightforward with document signing and all pertinent information provided. Storage facility is well maintained and pretty clean in a good location. My only gripe is that Iテ「竄ャ邃「m storing a 20ft trailer with a full size pick-up truck loaded and the storage facility is very compact and room for maneuvering is very limited. Overall a good value and experience.

I love having 24 hour drive up access to my unit as I keep awkward hours and feel safe being their alone if needed. I fully recommend. My only wish is that we had garbage access.

You can NOT see the units before you sign documents, etc. If there is an issue you have to call the customer service number, which you can end up on hold. There is no 'live person' at the site,, I was told there was someone, when i paid for my unit before seeing it. I used a third party site, when I thought I was dealing directly with Federal Storage. My card got charged 4x, due to an online issue int the lobby, even with a customer service issue, It might be okay for some, but not for me. Also, the back of the property had a shabby wooden fence, no wire fence for security that borders someone's house/property. The customer service did help when i asked for a refund, etc. the day I went to the unit, and canceled. I would rather pay more for a better unit and site.

I reserved my unit online and choose 10 Federal because of the price and location. At the time, I was did not know how easy it was to sign for the unit or how easy it was to move in - basically everything is done online and I got unit#, codes the gates and combo for the unit lock.
